Our attorney, Mark E. Sostarich, has over 20 years of experience as litigation counsel at large Wisconsin law firms serving as a partner in those firms. A 1978 cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin Law Review. Attorney Sostarich was appointed by the governor and served for 10 years on the Wisconsin State Elections Board, serving as its chairman. He is the former president and secretary of the South Milwaukee Police and Fire Commission, served on the South Milwaukee Housing Authority, served for 10 years as the chairman of the Milwaukee County Democratic Party from 1986 to 1997, chaired the Wisconsin Democratic Party from 1995 to 1997, and elected to the Democratic National Committee in 1993, and served with the committee in 1993 and again from 1995-1997. A co-founder of the Wisconsin Lawyers for Voters' Rights, he has also served as president for his church council at Trinity Lutheran Church of South Milwaukee and has also taught young adult Sunday school for 20 years.
